The lowest fees in the market
All fees listed below are both fair and the lowest in the market. We list our fees online as transparency is part of our core values. No hidden fees, no unpleasant surprises.
GENERAL ADVICE – To make a fair comparison between quotes, it is advisable to compare the total annual charge as a package, as opposed to comparing the quote for every individual service separately. Sometimes, service providers have different pricing, and pricing policy for the variety of services they offer. The reason is that professional services are intangible, so there is no “cookie-cutter” method of pricing.
With regards to company incorporation, to avoid misunderstanding, please clear out whether your quote includes or excludes the real expenses paid to the Registrar of Companies. It will really make the difference in the final amount of your quote. You definately do not want to get caught off guard having to pay the quoted amount for the incorporation plus the real expenses (which is a respectible sum), on top of that.
In this way, the client will have a fair and complete picture of the quote when they make their fee assessment.

ACCOUNTING & AUDIT SERVICES FEES – The accounting fees depend on the number of invoices, the nature and complexity of the transactions and the time we need to receive the invoices and all other required documents. We adjust the audit fees accordingly to be in relation to the financial reporting and the risk involved.
For clients with a very high volume of invoices (ie online sales businesses, general e-commerce), we can arrange a batch invoicing scheme, reducing the accounting fees as much as possible.
We list our accounting and audit fees together as a package as per the table below quoted in EUR. To be as fair as possible, we broke down the no of invoices/lines by increments of 50 except the first 50 where the increment is by 25. The reason is to be as fair as possible to our clients who issue only one or two invoices per month.
DEFINITION OF A LINE: Any double entry recorded on our system is defined as a line. Our fees reflect the time we need to process in our system all company transactions of any type or nature. We believe it is the fairest way to price our services.
