• Other custom-specified Services
By engaging us for Services, you authorize us to perform these tasks as per the agreed terms and you also agree to provide us access to confidential company or personal information.

3. Use of Website

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and cash.
• Late Payment: If payment is not received within 30 days, we may charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 3% per month.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IOANNOU & CO, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

The client is responsible for providing all necessary documents (invoices, credit notes, bank statements, contracts, payment slips, deposit slips,) or any other document requested by IOANNOU & CO in order to perform its obligations under the contract of engagement.
We shall also not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if the client has overdue debit balances with our company.
