Upon signing an contract of services with IOANNOU & CO, the client will be provided a password-protected web page link connected to our web site Portal together with the password to access this page. The link will be in the following format:

We suggest that the client bookmarks this link for easy access. Once bookmarked, the client will be able to seamlessly access the Client Portal and be able to acess the following information:

1. View & download their real time statement of account before effecting a payment
2. View & download print their all invoices & credit notes
3. View & download the history of their account movement (invoicing & payments)
4. View & download their current year-to-date company financial statements
5. View & download their last audited financial statements
6. View & download their company Memorandum & Articles of Association
7. View & download their company signed certificates

9. Upload their company documents into our database for processing
